On 76-m to year of life died Nobel prize in medicine and physiology, the British biologist John Salston. This was reported on the website of the Institute of Sanger, who is a scientist, he founded and which he directed from 1992 to 2000.
Salton died March 6, but was told about it only now.
The scientist received the Nobel in 2002 for his work on genetic regulation of the development of human organs. He was one of the pioneers in the field of genetic research.
