In Odessa, a man was frozen to the roof of the house

ODESSA-KIEV. 7 Feb. UNN. Yesterday, about 22 hours, the patrol received a report that unknown sits on the roof of one of private houses in the Suvorovsky district of the city and asks for help. About it the correspondent UNN reported in the press service of the patrol police of the Odessa region.

“At the call, the inspector saw a man who froze his feet to the metal roof of the roof storey of the building and couldn’t move. It was his cries for help attracted the attention of neighbors who called the police. Patrol police found a mechanical lift with the help of which reached the man and helped him to escape from ice captivity”, – stated in the message.

The victim was given first pre-medical aid and handed over to the medical officers who were called to the scene. Why in the late hours people were on the roof, could not explain.
