The DPRK called on all Koreans to unite

KIEV. 25 Jan. UNN. North Korean authorities issued a rare statement calling on all Koreans who are in the country and abroad, including in South Korea, to “make a breakthrough” that will lead them to unite. It is reported by UNN with reference to the statement published by North Korean Agency KCNA.

All Koreans, the DPRK and South Korea should promote cooperation, contact, and tourism.

Pyongyang said that the citizens of both Koreas should be able to move freely, to defuse acute military tension and create a peaceful climate on the Peninsula. North Korea also assured that “crush” all attempts at hindering the reunification of the two countries. The only thing that currently prevents improved inter-Korean relations and unification — this military tension is emphasized in the message.

As reported UNN,a North Korean delegation arrived in South Korea to check the venue of performances at the winter Olympics-2018.
