“With blackjack and buns”: a caricature of the Elkina on elections in Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin on 6 December 2017 declared their desire to become the head of the aggressor state for the fourth time. Cartoonist Sergei Elkin depicted another cartoon on this topic for Radio Liberty.

Because of the complaints of the Communists, the Central election Commission of the Russian Federation annulled the signatures in support of Putin, as the signatures on two secure facilities in the Kurgan region were collected from violations of the law.
