Google sued for “discrimination against white men”
Uncategorized January 10, 2018Two former employees of Google filed a lawsuit against the company to court for “discrimination against white men with conservative views”. It is reported by the BBC.
Former Google engineers James Damar and David Goodman say they plan to present in court the interests of all the employees who allegedly suffered discrimination because of their conservative views and belonging to male gender and white race.
Damar became known after last year he was fired from Google for a memo in which we were talking about biological differences between men and women and also criticized the management of the company policy in the sphere of gender equality.
Damor and Goodman accuse Google of discrimination in employment. In their opinion, the company complies with illegal quotas to get more women and ethnic minorities.
They accuse Google of failing to protect those who profess conservative views, including supporters of President Donald trump.
The Agency notes that the claim refers to threats, humiliation and harassment, which allegedly suffered Damor and Godman to Google.
