The military Prosecutor of the forces of ATO in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies detained the Deputy military Commissioner after receiving a bribe of $700. This was announced by the speaker of the Prosecutor General Andrei Lysenko on Facebook.

“January 3, 2018 during the pre-trial investigation of criminal proceedings detained the acting Deputy military Commissioner – head of Department of acquisition of the United Chuguevsky district military enlistment office in Kharkiv region after receipt of unlawful benefit in the amount of $700,” – said in the message.

The recruiting officer, using his official position, had taken measures in recognition of the men unfit for military service and registration in this state.
