“On 27 December in Ukraine will be cloudy. No rain, only in the Carpathians and in Transcarpathia rain, at night with sleet.

Wind southwest 5-10 m / s, in the Carpathians gusts of 15-20 m / s.

Night temperature from 4 ° C to 1 ° below zero, day 3-8 ° heat; in the southern part at night 2-7 ° heat, day 8-12 °”, – stated in the message.
