In Kharkov court arrested the ally of Medvedchuk for two months
Uncategorized December 16, 2017Ex-Deputy of the Kharkiv city Council, head of the local branch of the organization Ukrainian choice Viktor Medvedchuk Andrey Lesik detained for two months without the right to bail. This decision of the Kyiv district court of Kharkiv has satisfied the petition of Prosecutor’s office of the region, reports UKRINFORM.
“The court sent two months in jail without bail – until February 6, 2018 detained in the Luhansk region, the ex-Deputy of the Kharkiv city Council VI-VII convocations Andriy Lesyk, whose powers were terminated ahead of schedule”, – said the press Secretary of the Prosecutor of Kharkiv region Vita Dubovik.
According to her, the Lesik announced a suspicion under part 2 of article 110 of the criminal code (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine by the representative of the authorities).
15 Dec 2017 Lesik detained in the Luhansk region where he had been treated. According to media reports, the reason for his suspicion of separatism was the alleged publication in the social network calling for the creation of “Odessa national Republic”.
