Vyshgorod judge fired for unlawful deprivation of the rights of protesters
Uncategorized December 16, 2017The high Council of justice dismissed Lyudmila, Voinarenko as a judge of Vyshgorod district court of Kyiv region for “making a significant disciplinary offense,” namely, for illegal deprivation of the driving license of a number of participants of Automaidan during the revolution of dignity. The relevant decision of VSP accepted 14 December 2017, the press service of the authority.
It is noted that the judge was deprived of the rights of three protesters on the basis of article 122-2 of the Cao (failure to comply with the driver requirements of law enforcement to stop).
“It is established that a judge of Voinarenko… did not comply with the requirement of a comprehensive, full and objective clarification of the circumstances of the case and its decision in strict accordance with the law. In addition, the judge came to the conclusion about Commission of an administrative offense without regard to the presumption of innocence,” the statement reads.
It is also noted that, Voinarenko recognized these persons, guilty, and applied to them an administrative penalty, “not having indisputable evidence proving their guilt, and rendered a decision in the said cases the judge is not properly motivated.”

“Given the above, the High Council of justice decided to dismiss Voinarenko Lyudmila Fedorovna as a judge of Vyshgorod district court of Kyiv region”, – stated in the message.
7 November 2017, the lawyer Roman Maselko statedthat VSP has appointed indefinitely by a judge of the Podolsk district court of Kiev Svetlana Zakharchuk, which during the revolution of dignity was deprived of the license of the participants of Automaidan.
