KIEV. 13 Dec. UNN. President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko on Wednesday will hold a meeting with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda, who arrives today on a visit to Kharkiv, reports UNN with reference to the press service of the presidential Administration.
“On 13 December in Kharkov the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will meet with President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda”, – stated in the message.
The main topic of the negotiations, as noted, would become strategic issues of bilateral political cooperation, and strengthening cooperation in the field of security and defence, including in the context of countering Russian aggression.
Earlier in the Chancellery of the Polish President noted that Duda will meet with observers from the OSCE mission and representatives of the UN development Program. He will pay tribute to the memory of Polish soldiers who were murdered by the NKVD. They are buried in the Cemetery of Victims of totalitarianism in Kharkov.
Recall, the newly appointed Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki advocated the deepening of relations with Ukraine.
