Iran has fulfilled its commitments under nuclear deal – UN
Uncategorized December 12, 2017Iran fulfills the terms of the agreement over its nuclear program. This is stated in the report of the UN Secretary General , antónio Guterres, prepared for the security Council of the organization, writes Deutsche Welle.
“The position of President of the United States Donald trump is causing “considerable uncertainty” regarding the future of that agreement,” the document says.
Guterres expressed his confidence that trump would support the agreements reached earlier.

The American President gave to Congress two months for a decision on the resumption of economic sanctions against Tehran, which were abolished during the reign of Barack Obama.
The deadline for a decision expires on December 12.
Iran and the six international mediators – the U.S., Russia, China, Germany, France and Britain – reached an agreement on the nuclear program of the Islamic Republic in July 2015. 15 Aug 2017 Iran threatened to exit from the nuclear agreement in the event of a further policy of U.S. sanctions against the country.
