NABOO threatens the national security and against Russia in the ECHR, the Ministry of justice

He said that within four years Ukraine is “the most legal war” with the country-aggressor. The Minister mentioned five major legal cases, which describes “chronology of war”, which should “form the basis of a criminal Tribunal against the senior management of the Russian Federation”.

Petrenko said that these things on behalf of Ukraine is “Ukrainian agent, government Commissioner” and for the materials of these cases the jurisdiction of the ECHR has been classified confidential.

“ECHR, according to their rules, imposed classified as “confidential” or “secret” on the evidence and materials, which are materials of intergovernmental Affairs. This is the testimony of hundreds of witnesses, pictures and videos of POWs. Ukraine has assumed responsibility for non-disclosure”, he said.

The head of the Ministry of justice provided the order of the judge of Solomensky district court of Kiev Alexander Bobrivnyk, which made the decision to search the office of the government Plenipotentiary representatives of the NEB and the seizure of original documents before December 15. At the same time, until December 19, he said, the Agency intended to file a claim against Rosneft and its affiliates in Ukraine UAH 70 million due to losses caused by the illegal seizure of property.

“In fact, this decision put at risk our case against Russia”, – he said. “This same court legalized the searches in the office of the Ombudsman, which has a privacy setting set by the jurisdiction of the European court on these materials,” he said, stressing that it “is in the nature of threats to national security.”

Petrenko also said that it is necessary to stop the interdepartmental conflicts involved in the situation “criminal negligence or intent” should be held accountable.
