“There are a lot of tools that stimulate problem solving on the ground. This can be the State Fund of regional development, is the socio-economic development of individual territories of Ukraine and is a separate support of the communities United. Last year’s total, this figure was 10 billion. in 2017 DFR – 3.5 billion UAH 4.5 billion to UAH socio – economic development, and 1.5 billion is to support the individual territorial communities. So this year it will be 12 billion. 6 billion – the State Fund of regional development, 5 billion UAH – socio-economic th development and almost 2 billion – is to support the individual territorial communities “, – said the Prime Minister.

“12 billion that we as a state will be spent to build more than 2 thousand Facilities across the country – roads, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, stadiums. That is, we provide co-financing in place for construction of such facilities,” he added.
We will remind, Groisman said that after the introduction of the first phase of decentralization and the transfer in place sufficient powers and financial resources it is time for local leaders to take responsibility and seriously engage in the local economy.
