The US is preparing a long list of sanctions against the regime of the DPRK – Tillerson
Uncategorized November 30, 2017The white house is considering a long list of potential sanctions against the regime, North Korea’s recent rocket launch, which once again violates the international resolutions banning missile and nuclear tests. This was stated by U.S. Secretary of state Rex Tillerson during his meeting with crown Prince of Bahrain al-Khalifa in Washington, reports UKRINFORM.
“We have a long list of additional powerful sanctions, some of which include potential financial companies, and the Ministry of Finance will make an official announcement when they are ready to introduce them,” he said.
However, he did not specify exactly how much time will it take to approve a new package of sanctions.
“As a diplomat, I can say that we continue to work on this every day,” concluded Tillerson.
Earlier today, 30 November, it was reportedthat the President of the United States Donald trump had a telephone conversation with President of China XI Jinping and announced a new package of sanctions against the DPRK.
November 20, trump returned to North Korea to list of state sponsors of terrorism, thereby clearing the way for the introduction of more stringent sanctions against the totalitarian state which creates nicotianamine ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons.
On Tuesday, November 28, North Korea was launched missile. Presumably, it was an Intercontinental ballistic missile.
