Russian Federation Ukraine refused to extradite the former head of the Kiev “Berkut” Sergey Kusyuk. This was announced by the head of the Department of special investigations of the Prosecutor General Sergei Gorbatyuk, reports RBC-Ukraine.
“Russia has refused to extradited”, – he said.
Gorbatyuk not rule out the possibility absentia by Kusyuk.
We will remind, the former commander of the Kiev “Golden Eagle” Sergey Kusyuk lit up in the form of Riot police at an anti-corruption rally in Moscow on 13 June.
On 16 June the Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine sent to Russia the request for arrest and extradition of the former commander of the Kiev regiment “Golden eagle” Sergey Kusyuk, who fled to Russia and is suspected in the shooting of people during the revolution of Dignity.
