The “capture” an airfield in the Odessa region: the court chose a measure of restraint to the two military

ODESSA – KIEV. 2 Nov. UNN. Primorsky court of Odessa chose a measure of restraint the interim commander of the military unit and guard a military unit (a military airfield “School”) that had not responded on October 29 seizure of part of its territory, the correspondent of UNN.

The state charge incriminated B. Evidence (sentry ed.) violation of the Charter of guard duty. The Prosecutor’s office believes that the soldiers to protect a military unit, had to use the weapon, but didn’t. In turn, the suspect’s lawyer focuses on the fact that the soldier order of the commander – weapons.

The court decided to choose soldier-the contract employee as a preventive measure in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest.

Note that yesterday Primorsky court chose a measure of restraint acting commander of the military unit.

“The court has considered the petition of the investigator of the Military Prosecutor made a decision and chose against acting commander of the military unit a measure of restraint in the form of a round-the-clock house arrest for a period of two months. The petition of the investigator about the detention of the detained officers, the court rejected”, – said the press service of the Primorsky court.

We will remind, the Military Prosecutor of the Odessa garrison of the southern region of Ukraine suggested the suspicion of two defendants in criminal proceedings, opened on October 29 with violation of military regulations on guard duty in a military unit stationed in the Odessa military aerodrome “School”.

As reported UNN, 29 Oct 40 unidentified individuals in balaclavas tried to take over the military part of the airport “School” in Odessa.
