In the Kherson region seized marijuana on one million hryvnias

KHERSON-KIEV. 2 Nov. UNN. In Kherson detained the criminal group that grew and sold “cannabis” in the region and Ukraine, reports UNN with reference to the division of communications of police of the Kherson region.

“The suspects sold marijuana in large quantities only proven buyers. During searches in their houses, police found and seized 35 kilograms of marijuana. It is estimated that the seized drugs at more than $ 1 million. Established distribution channels of the drug,” police said.

Militiamen found out that the suspects live in one of villages of the Bilozerka district. Two men, 33 and 35 years, established the cultivation and sale of hemp in the field and in the territory of Ukraine. The attackers grew only elite varieties of cannabis. Norcoreano seeds are ordered from abroad via the Internet. Each of these seeds is 7 euros. For the cultivation, processing and storage of the drug they used their household.

Suspects are detained, the criminal proceedings under article 309 UK of Ukraine “illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation or shipment of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogs without sales objective in especially large sizes”.

As reported UNN, Kyiv oblast police seized 26 thousand doses of heroin on 7 million hryvnias.
