Wanted to save a kitten: Odessa electrocuted teenager from the orphanage

In Odessa killed 14-year-old, who was electrocuted on site transformatornii substation. This was reported in Facebook Advisor to the head of state of Ukraine in Odessa region Ruslan Forostyak.

“The guy who died in the substation got there freely, because it was open, he tried to save a kitten who climbed up and plaintively mewed,” – said Forostyak.

According to him, the transformer substation and buffer zone belongs to the southern RES.

Adviser to the head of the regional national police said in order to get to the teen rescuers, had to disconnect it from the voltage and the mains.

“Unfortunately, as it turned out the guy was killed by electric shock of high voltage. Upon the death of the teenager criminal proceedings”, – he added.
