Vandal was a resident of Sevastopol
In Kiev detained the man who defeated several memorial plates to heroes of the Heavenly hundred near the Independence square. About this in Facebook wrote adviser to the interior Minister Zoryan Shkiryak.
According Shkiryak, the vandal was apprehended by law enforcement. He was a 43-year resident of Sebastopol.
“He is now at the police station, where investigators will make a decision on bringing him to justice,” – wrote Shkiryak.
