Arrested the head of the Executive service of Odessa region

In Odessa arrested the head of the State Executive service of territorial administration of justice in the Odessa region and the main specialist service. About it reports a press-service of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.

Primorsky district court of Odessa has identified the suspect the Deposit of UAH 5 million each.

September 28, investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region together with employees of management of SBU in Odessa region exposed the corruption scheme, which operated in the State Executive service in the region.

When receiving a bribe militiamen exposed the head of the State Executive service of territorial administration of justice in the Odessa region and his accomplice – the chief specialist of the civil service.

According to the investigation officials of State Executive service demanded and received $6.5 thousand improper benefits from the company for the removal arrests with different kinds of property.

Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings under part 3 of article 368 UK of Ukraine (obtaining illegal benefit by the official in the large size or if it is committed by an official holding a responsible position, or on preliminary arrangement by group of persons or repeatedly, or combined with extortion undue advantage) is carried out by investigators of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region.
