Arrived in Minsk unit of the Russian special forces

Today, 25 September, arrived in Minsk unit of the Russian special forces to participate in joint tactical exercises. This reports the press service of the defense Ministry of the Russian Federation.

According to the report, we are talking about individual connection of a special purpose of airborne forces (VDV) of the Russian Federation.

“During the exercises, which will be held on one of the polygons of the Armed forces of the Republic of Belarus (RB entirely), each other will interact units of compounds of special purpose of Russian airborne troops and special operations forces armed forces of Belarus”, – stated in the message.

Indicated that preparations for the exercise will run from 25 September to 8 October.

Today in the Land forces of the APU saidthat the part of the Russian-Belarusian exercises Zapad-2017, the observation of which was made by international observers, was only “conditionally open”, which gave the opportunity to representatives from invited States to ensure that the stated objectives of the exercise are valid forms and methods for the use of troops.
