In the Odessa camp “Victoria”, where on the night of September 16 occurred a fire, there were 26 violations of fire safety. About this stated the head of the regional Department of the State service of Ukraine for emergency situations Evgeny Reshetnyak, reports local newspaper the Ukrainian information service.
“In total there were 26 violations. It was not alarm, it was not removing the signal on the main point, the lack of fire fighting reservoirs and the lack of a technical journal. According to the law, the responsibility of not only Director, but also the customer of such works, contractors and regulatory officials. We carried provisions, but none has eliminated the violations,” he said.
We will remind, on the night of 16 September 2017 there was a fire in a children’s camp in Odessa, which killed three children.
