Two businessmen from Kiev and Kharkov fined for the supply of products in the “DNR”
Dealers through fictitious contracts allegedly shipped products to “third countries”
The court fined two entrepreneurs from Kiev and Kharkov in the amount of 15 million hryvnia for the supply of products to fighters “DNR”. This was reported by the press service of the security Service of Ukraine.
“Employees of SB of Ukraine together with the fiscal service exposed two commercial entities in an irregular food supply of the terrorist organization “DNR”, – is spoken in the message.
The operatives of intelligence agencies documented that the businessmen from Kharkiv and Kiev established product delivery to militants under the guise of export to other countries. Through fictitious contracts traffickers allegedly shipped products to “third countries”, which in Russia fell on the temporarily uncontrolled territory of Donbass.
Law enforcement authorities established that malefactors planned to export products amounting to more than 7.5 million.
The decision of the court of Directors of two commercial entities found guilty of committing a crime. Dealers in the budget will be returned more than 15 million UAH.
