The court extended the measure of restraint to the Deputy Polyakov
Uncategorized August 17, 2017Solomenskiy district court of Kyiv extended the measure of restraint for people’s Deputy Maxim Polyakov to 17 October inclusive, with the obligation to wear an electronic bracelet and to surrender their passports. About it reports UKRINFORM.
“The court decided to extend until 17 October 2017 the validity of a measure of restraint”, – quotes the words of the judge Agency.
Thus, the court almost fully satisfied the prosecutors SAP, namely to wear an electronic surveillance (electronic bracelet), to Deposit passport and other documents giving the right to travel abroad.
Also extended the Polyakov obligation not to communicate with a number of individuals and tell the detective, the Prosecutor and the court to change the place of residence and work.
The court decided that the Poles could not absent himself without the permission of the investigator, Prosecutor, court, outside Kiev.
Earlier, the Deputy refused to wear an electronic bracelet. He said that NABU and SAP has not complied with statutory action in order to offer him to wear the bracelet.

Law enforcement authorities insist that the Poles must comply with the decision of the court and to wear an electronic bracelet.
11 July, the Parliament allowed Polyakov to attract criminal liability as a defendant in the case of illegal mining of amber, but has not given its approval for detention and arrest.
