Investigators seaside police Department in Odessa the indictment in the court transferred the criminal proceedings against the head of one of the state enterprises of the city, which, abusing official position, acting deliberately, with the purpose of gaining illegal benefit for the legal entity. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of GUNP in Odessa region.

“For several years, the attacker, using his official position contrary to interests of service, provided, in violation of the law of Ukraine, the state immovable property lease to another person, thus knowingly violating a number of legal acts regulating relations in this sphere of activity. Misconduct damages the state budget of Ukraine for the total amount over 2 million UAH “, – stated in the message.

On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 St. 364 (abuse of power or official position) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The offender faces criminal liability in the form of deprivation of liberty for a term from 3 to 6 years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to 3 years.
