The Odessa region border guards detained poachers with their catch turbot, crabs and crayfish

ODESSA-KIEV. July 26. UNN. In the Odessa region arrested 4 poachers, two boats, nets and fish for hundreds of thousands of hryvnia. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of the southern regional office of the SBS.

Two poachers were arrested near the town of Vilkovo.

“During the inspection of the boat the guards found it almost 7,5 kilometers of networks, more than 200 pounds of black sea of Kalkan and 3 herbal crab, listed in the Red book of Ukraine. The total amount of damages to the state amounted to more than 320 thousand hryvnias”, – is spoken in the message.

In addition, the lake Kugurlui border guards found and detained two poachers and the boat, which was 3 bags of crayfish. During the arrest the poachers to avoid responsibility threw them into the water. However, all the bags, which were about 1 thousand cancers, raised and transferred to the relevant authorities.

For willful disobedience to the lawful demands of the border guards and the violation of the border regime for both perpetrators brought to justice.
