Groysman handed the management of the Odessa film Studio, Ministry of culture

The Cabinet gave the Ministry of culture management of private joint-stock company Odessa film Studio. The corresponding decree of July 19, 2017 No. 496-R, published on the government portal.

“Agree with the proposal of the Ministry of economic development and trade on transfer to the Ministry of culture authority to manage corporate rights of the state regarding private joint-stock company Odessa film Studio (code according to EDRPOU 33932816)”, – the document says.

The state property Fund is instructed to carry out in the prescribed manner the transfer of control of the Ministry of culture of the package of shares owned by the state in the authorized capital of private JSC Odessa film Studio.

In January it was reportedthat the leadership of the Odessa film Studio has changed: the Studio Director Andrey Zverev has written the application on dismissal “at own will”. Among private shareholders was Alexander Tkachenko (Director General of group of companies 1+1), and to manage the Studio will be his team.
