The Kharkiv regional Prosecutor’s office proved in the court of the guilt of Russian citizen, who was a member of an illegal armed formation of the DNR terrorist organization. She was sentenced to 11 years imprisonment with confiscation of property. Reports a press about it-service of Prosecutor’s office of Kharkiv region.

Kyiv district court of Kharkiv admitted Russian woman guilty of involvement in the extralegal armed groups, illegal circulation of the weapon, infringement of territorial integrity and inviolability of state (part 4 of article 260, part 1 of article 263, part 1 of article 110 of the criminal code).

The report notes that the resident of Kharkov with the call sign “Teresa” at the beginning of 2014 she became an active member of the local anti-Maidan and participated in the Pro-Russian protests.

In June 2014, a woman went to Donetsk oblast, where he joined the terrorists. There she served as a “commandant” of the several settlements of the region, captured by terrorists.

In addition, employees of the security service collected evidence of the direct involvement of the suspect in the interrogation of prisoners – civilians and military APU.

Also “Teresa” was engaged in search and transfer of militants information about the number of personnel, types and number of weapons and military equipment, the movement of divisions of VSU, the analysis of intelligence information.

Among her “official duties” – the logistics activities of the DNI, the formation of separate groups of intelligence-purpose military resistance of the APU.
