In Moscow detained the boy, deklarowanego “hamlet”

In the center of Moscow police detained 10-year-old boy who recited poems, and took him to the station. It is reported by the Media.

Father Elias Skowronski said that his wife and son were walking in the Arbat district. The boy began to recite excerpts from “hamlet,” his stepmother was 20-25 metres.

“Was approached by the police, about something they talked without her. Then I tied him, there is a video of what happened. Began to push she came over, tried to prevent this”, – said Skowronski.

In the video there is obscene language

According to the lawyer, due to the fact that the wife Skavronski not mother of the boy, the police said: “You are a child of no one, step aside”.

“He is engaged in theatrical activities. For these exits to the street – fighting complexes”, – said the father.

Father make the Protocol on an administrative offence under article 5.35 of the code of administrative offences (failure of parents of juvenile rearing responsibilities). Skowronski did not sign the Protocol because of disagreement with its content.

In the Ministry of internal Affairs of Moscow has explained the detention by the fact that he was alone and was approached “by one machine or the other,” according to RTVI.
