Kharkiv local office of public Prosecutor has directed to the Frunze district court of Kharkov indictment against 17-year-old from Kharkov women into the distribution of video products, a cult of violence and cruelty.

Pre-trial investigation found that at the end of October 2016 minor girl posted on free access to one of the social networks of the Internet a video in which her dog breed bull Terrier set on a kitten.

The video caused a great public resonance.

The case against the men, who in the video was involved in the pitting of a dog, is allocated in separate manufacture on p. 1. 299 of UK of Ukraine (animals abuse). Pre-judicial investigation proceeds.

The maximum sanction of article provides five years of imprisonment.
