In the Kiev region a military inadvertently shot his colleague

In the Kiev region in one of the units died in military conscripts. The reason was the careless handling of weapons to other soldiers. About it reports a press-service of military Prosecutor’s office of Ukraine.

Upon the death of the criminal proceedings.

“Previously it is established that one soldier as a result of careless handling of weapons she had made the shot in another colleague that led to his death”, – reported in the military Prosecutor’s office.

Culprit informed of the suspicion under part 2 of article 414 of the criminal code – violation of rules of handling weapons, which led to the death of the victim. Also, the suspect elected a measure of restraint.

The investigation is continuing. Set all the circumstances of the incident.

To the suspect threatens from two till ten years of imprisonment.
