The court reversed the decision to abolish the Council in Odessa

Primorsky district court of Odessa, annulled on April 26, the decision of the Odessa city Council about renaming of the previously decommunization streets and lanes, part of which was going to bring back the old names. This was reported on the page of the public organization the Most people in Facebook.

According to the report, Most of the people and Maidan Self-defense of Odessa filed a statement of claim about cancellation of the decision of the city Council today, April 28.

In a statement, the plaintiffs invoked the non-compliance of the decommunisation and violations of the regulations at the time of submission and voting.
