The court arrested the Deputy Director of the Odessa refinery on bail of 15 million

Primorsky district court of Odessa region detained earlier detained the Deputy Director General of Odesa oil refinery with a right of Deposit in the amount of 15 million UAH. This was reported by press Secretary of the Prosecutor General Larisa Sargan.

“At the request of the Prosecutor of the Odessa region Seaside district court remanded in custody one of the defendants in the fuel schemes. In addition, the court determined the amount of pledge in 15 million UAH”, – she wrote in Facebook.

Yesterday, 21 April, in Boryspil the staff of Prosecutor’s office of Odessa region together with the police and the SBU detained one of the Vice-General Director of OAO Odessa oil refinery, the suspect in the organization of fictitious export of oil products through the factory.

According to the investigation, under the direction of the suspect in the Odessa refinery decorated a dummy export in order of re-export through Laguna-Reni more than 700 thousand tons of light oil.

As a result of these actions to the state budget of Ukraine has not received taxes in the amount of more than 2.1 billion UAH, said the press Secretary of the Prosecutor General.
