The trump card of Ukraine in the Hague “for murder, torture of people”: report of Polish Deputy will become evidentiary material against the Kremlin in the Tribunal

The report Małgorzata Gusevskoy “Russian military crimes in Eastern Ukraine in 2014” contains information on crimes and torture, committed by Russia-backed terrorists.

Ukraine uses the report of the Polish Deputy in its lawsuit against Russia in the Hague Tribunal. Kiev accuses Moscow of the fact that it supported terrorism in the Donbas. About it writes “Диалог.UA” referring to “Polish radio”.

The report Małgorzata Gocevski has the title “Russian military crimes in Eastern Ukraine in 2014” and contains information about the crimes committed by Russia-backed terrorist groups in Eastern Ukraine. Several pages of this document contain information about the torture and witnesses to the shootings.

“Report Małgorzata Gusevskoy will be one of the evidence in the process against Russia before the Hague Tribunal,” said Hanna hopko, head of the Commission of foreign Affairs at the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

“This document is already on file. We would like to thank MS Gusevskoy for a great work done. Therefore very important for us these the evidence base. Our key task is to give the responsibility for crimes including those against humanity, the Russian regime and specific individuals, and the state of Russia in whole”, – said the Ukrainian politician.

Małgorzata Gosiewska submitted its report in Kiev last year. Then Polish the MP stressed that the Russian government is responsible for crimes in Donbass: “Over the murder, torture of people, because in the XXI century so brutally mock people and this is happening in Europe, in the eyes of the world”.

It is not known exactly when the UN international court can start the proceedings “Ukraine vs Russia” on the merits. Will be informed about it for 6-8 months before the respective session.
