The Odessa law enforcement authorities detained the murderer

ODESSA-KIEV. April 14. UNN. Previously convicted 43-year-old attacker on the street during the conflict inflicted several blows with a knife on the body of the stranger, causing the latter died. About it the correspondent of UNN reported in the press service of GUNP in Odessa region.

“Information about the death of 23-year-old man came to the seaside police Department from the medical surgical unit.
Carried out quickly-search actions the staff of criminal police exposed the suspect. It was them 43-the summer local resident, earlier already repeatedly serving a sentence in places of deprivation of freedom for committing other criminal offences, ” the police said.

During establishment of all circumstances of the incident revealed that one of the streets of the city striker approached the two men asking for a smoke. After hearing of failure between them suddenly there was a conflict in which the attacker pulled out a knife, struck him several blows to his torso one of the men and fled the scene. Friend of the victim called an ambulance, but the latter from the received stab wounds died in hospital, without regaining consciousness.

“On this fact pre-judicial investigation under part 2 of article 121 (deliberate heavy injury) Criminal code of Ukraine. The offender is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine and placed in a temporary detention center”, – noted in a press-service of GUNP in Odessa region.

The detainee is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years.

We will remind, on April 13 in Mariupol was arrested the killer, without the right to bail.
