Running a direct ferry service between Odessa and Istanbul – 9 April from the Turkish port of Haydarpasa went first flight.

Ukraine’s Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Sibiga said in his Twitter about the successful launch of the ferry service between Odessa and Istanbul.

“The Republic of Turkey and Ukraine become closer, today launched direct passenger ferry service between Haydarpasa (Istanbul) and Odessa – 90% occupancy rate,” – said the diplomat.

According to him, today, April 9, the first flight departed from the Turkish port of Haydarpasa.

“In addition to passengers of the ferry “Kaunas” chartered “Ukrferry”, takes on Board dozens of trucks and cars,” added Sibiga.
