Military camp in Kharkov returned to state ownership
Uncategorized April 8, 2017Military camp in Kharkov, illegally transferred to private hands, returned to the state. This reports the press service of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
As noted in the Department, former officials of the Ministry of defence, despite the absence of the consent of the government, has transferred in property of the commercial company military camp along with nine buildings located on the land plot of total area 6.5 ha.
“Their illegal actions of officials of the defense Department was covering for intentions to lead a military hospital in the river to NATO standards. However, instead of getting a modern hospital the state lost the right of ownership for the hospital and the building of a military camp in Kharkiv”, – said the GPU.
Main military Prosecutor’s office filed a lawsuit to the economic court for violation of the law in the transfer of military property from the state property. After a long legal debate, the Kharkiv economic court of appeal in may 2016 was obliged to return the buildings of the military town in the state. The legality of this decision in August of the same year confirmed the Supreme economic court.

“The building of a military camp in Kharkov, himself a military hospital in the river in March 2017 registered the right of ownership to the state. Now returned to the building used by the Military medical clinical centre of Northern region for storage of medical equipment and materials, involved, inter alia, to provide timely assistance to the military in the area ATO”, – reported in Prosecutor’s office.
30 Mar 2017 it was reportedthat the Economic court of Dnipropetrovsk region returned to the state of 94.5% stake in the airline Dniproavia previously privatized structure close to the oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky.
