The man died in a shooting in the Nikolaev area

KIEV. March 25. UNN. In the Nikolaev area between two groups of individuals shooting occurred, one person died. About it UNN reported in a press-service of the Nikolaev region.

Around 18:00, the police received a message from the medical institution for hospitalization 29-year-old local resident with a gunshot wound to the head. The man died in the hospital.

Militiamen knew that the injuries the victim suffered during the conflict that arose between two groups of persons on the territory of hunting grounds.

In the course of the quarrel one of the parties received a mortal wound, previously, from the weapon of traumatic action.

The victim called the “carriage” emergency medical care.

The attacker, who opened fire, police detained at the scene, it addressed the issue of a Declaration of suspicion and the election of a preventive measure.

The police opened proceedings under part 1 of article 115 UK of Ukraine (premeditated murder) which sanction prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from seven till fifteen years.
