Arrested on suspicion of assault and attempted rape of a woman in the train “Mariupol – Kiev” Vitaly Ruzika sent to jail for two months.
About this on his page in Facebook wrote the Deputy Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Anton Gerashchenko, reports Диалог.UA.
As noted Gerashchenko, the measure of restraint arrested chose the Solomensky district court of Kyiv judge Svetlana Gorbatovskaya decided to send Ruzika under arrest without the right of exit to freedom with the condition of payment of bail.
Note also that attempt of Rujeko rape did not succeed, otherwise the punishment could be more severe and the suspect could receive a longer prison sentence.
We recall that the offence occurred on the night of the 31st July: Ruzica attacked in the train “Mariupol-Kiev” on Anastasia meadows and her minor son. Later, the criminal managed to be detained. It turned out that he was previously convicted for other violations of the law.
In addition, we have previously reported that from the 16th of July in the long-distance trains from Kiev and back can be purchased at 100% of the seats. This also applies to the transit of trains through the capital of Ukraine.
