Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky announced the signing of an agreement on a full ceasefire in the Donbass from July 27 with Russian President Vladimir Putin and other members of the “Normandy four”.

About Zelensky said during a visit to the Donbass, reports AP.

According to the head of the Ukrainian state, professional negotiators in the composition of the TAG reached agreement on a full ceasefire in the Donbass, however, according to him, now the document requires the signatures of the heads of the countries “Norman Quartet”, one of which is the Russian President Vladimir Putin.

It was he who, in the opinion of scientists, experts and the Ukrainian authorities, directly responsible for the continuation of the war in the occupied part of Donbass.

The President stressed that the agreement will be signed by the leaders of “Norman Quartet”, which will increase the status of the agreements.

“Believe that all parties – Ukraine, France, Germany and Russia – to sign, and with 27, believe that there can come a time when there will be a permanent cease-fire,” he said.

As we reported earlier, the TAG agreed on and signed a package of additional measures to cease-fire.

At the same time the former people’s Deputy Borislav Bereza said: the world is not included in the plans of the Russian leadership, and therefore the mode of silence will soon be broken.
