In the Rivne region for the first time sold at auction permits for extraction of amber
KIEV. July 18. UNN. In the Rivne region held the first auctions for sale of permits for use of subsoil for mining. Thus, the two plots sold for more than 12 and 29 million UAH. This was written in Facebook, the Chairman of the Rivne regional state administration Vitaliy Koval, reports UNN.
“… have passed the first auctions to obtain special permits for subsoil use. Let me remind you, two plots of 10 hectares in Alekseyevka Sarny district put on the website “Prozora” back in June. But July 17 was held the online auction. The result exceeded all our expectations. The initial price of the first section was 319,6 thousand UAH. And during the auction increased almost 40 times and amounted to 12 million 630 thousand UAH. The second phase started with 333,2 thousand UAH, and bought him for 29 million, which is 90 times more,” wrote Caval.
According to him, overall participation in the first auction took 4 firms, while the second – 6.
“The winners received a special permit for 5 years. They give the right to conduct geological exploration and further production of amber at these sites. A new law on amber, initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky, allowed to obtain sun stones – legally”, – said Koval.
Recall, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the bill on amendments to article 252 of the Tax code of Ukraine regarding the normalization of the size of the rent rate for subsoil use for mining made by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
