According to preliminary information, the cause of the crash could be the deterioration of health of the pilot at the controls.
It is noted that the police had determined that the plane passed a certification test.
Earlier it was reported that in Odessa crashed the plane. As a result of incident one pilot died and a second was hospitalized.
