The Supreme court returned the statement of claim the former head of Chuvashia Mikhail Ignatyev to the President of Russia in terms of demands for more rights to social security, told RIA Novosti press-service of the court.

“Russia’s Supreme court returned the statement of claim in terms of requirements for establishing the fact of partial disability and establishing the right to additional social and other guarantees,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
It is noted that on 20 may, the court took into production the claim of Ignatieff in the part in which the former head of the region contested the presidential decree on early termination of his powers.
May 26 it became known that the former head of Chuvashia Michael Ignatieff challenged in the Supreme court the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin about his dismissal. As reported, the suit was brought on may 20, and his hearing is scheduled for 10:00 MSK on June 30. As a defendant in the lawsuit listed the President of the Russian Federation.
On 29 January, President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on termination of powers of the head of the Chuvash Republic Ignatieff in connection with loss of trust.
The resignation followed after the publication of the recording, which is seen as Ignatieff forcing rescuers to jump over the keys to new company cars.
