KIEV. May 26. UNN. In Transcarpathia employee tax detained on a bribe in 2 thousand dollars. The official demanded a bribe, so as not to attract the enterprise to administrative responsibility. It is reported by UNN citing the press service of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region.
“Under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor of the Transcarpathian region and the operational support of FBCOS of USBU in the Zakarpatye area investigators THAT the RRT in the city of Lviv, arrested head of the sector for prevention of corruption the Main Department of the state tax service in Transcarpathian region receiving improper benefits… the Official demanded 2 thousand dollars for assistance in not bringing the company to administrative liability for inaccurate information reflected in the reporting documentation for the previous year”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that documented two of the receipt of the tax bribes. First, under the fixation of law enforcement, he received 1 thousand dollars today, when receiving the next tranche in the amount of 1 thousand dollars, was detained.
“Now in the framework of criminal proceedings on preliminary legal qualification under part 3 of article 368 of the criminal code continues initial investigations. Conducted searches at the place of work and residence of the person involved. The funds are withdrawn. The official is detained as article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine. The issue of the communication of the suspicion and the election of a preventive measure”, – stated in the message.
