The national Board of the USA on Aeronautics and research of space administration (NASA) has completed negotiations with Roscosmos to purchase one American astronaut on the planned October flight to the Russian space ship “Soyuz” to the International space station (ISS). This is stated in the message of NASA.
“To confirm the commitment of the Agency’s secure operations on the ISS due to the constant American presence before on a regular basis will become a possible commercial shipping crews on Board, NASA has held talks with state space Corporation Roscosmos about buying an additional seat in the “Union”, the launch of which is being prepared this autumn”, – stated in the message.
