Rada adopted the bill on the progress of procedural deadlines during the quarantine
KIEV. May 13. UNN. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the bill No. 3383 on the progress of procedural deadlines during the quarantine established by the government to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease. The decision was supported by 253 people’s Deputy of Ukraine, the correspondent of UNN.
The draft law was developed with the aim of improving the norms of the Economic procedural code of Ukraine, Civil procedural code of Ukraine, code of administrative procedure of Ukraine in current procedural deadlines during the quarantine established by the government to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The bill defines the ability of the court at the request of participants of proceedings and persons participating in the case, if the court decided the question of their rights, interests and obligations, to renew the terms established in the articles of the above procedure codes, as well as to continue the procedural deadlines established by law or by a court, the validity of the quarantine.
Recall, the Cabinet of Ministers on Wednesday approved the draft law “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On judicial system and status of judges” in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On prevention of corruption”, which proposes amendments to the requirement for special inspections and establishing the necessary notifications working close to the faces of the guide body to a position in which they are applying, and also unification of the terminology used in the law.
