In Zaporozhye in Internet drug seized “goods” on more than 10 million hryvnia

KIEV. 31 Jan. UNN. In Zaporozhye police found the consignment of drugs value of 10.5 million UAH. The searches were held at the residence of the suspect, who in one of the postal departments received the parcel with psychotropic substance. It is reported by UNN with reference to the Department of communication GUNP in the Zaporozhye region.
“The suspect in the sale of psychotropic substances and narcotic drugs by “bookmark” and mail seized drugs on more than 10 million hryvnia,” – said the police.
According to police, 30 January, the staff of Department of counteraction of narcocrime GUNP in the Zaporozhye region under the procedural guidance of the Prosecutor’s office, in one of the post offices in the Dnieper region of Zaporozhye detained a local resident, born in 1997, who received a parcel with a psychotropic substance.
Investigators together with investigators of the Dnieper police Department during a search withdrew about a kilogram of psychotropic substances, according to preliminary data – PVP (alpha-pyrrolidinophenone – ed.).
“It is established that the defendant involved in the illegal distribution of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances-contact method – by “bookmark” and mail and to use the possibilities of Internet resources. In particular, he carried out the sale of drugs via the Internet shop in the Telegram channel. Currently ongoing measures to establish all persons involved in criminal activities,” – said the acting head of Department of counteraction of narcocrime Dmitry Klimenko.
On the same day, the police at the place of residence of the attacker carried out the authorized search, during which seized 3,400 tablets with a total weight of 1.7 kilograms of psychotropic substances, according to preliminary reports – ecstasy MDMA, 200 grams of psychotropic substances PVP, 10 kilograms of psychotropic substance (amphetamine), about 10 kilograms of the drug cones of marijuana, electronic scales, computer equipment and mobile phones.
The estimated cost of the withdrawn makes about 10.5 million.
All the substances were sent to study in the Zaporozhye Scientifically-research ekspertno-the criminalistic center.
Male, born in 1997, was detained in order St. 208 Criminal procedure code of Ukraine.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under article 307 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (illegal production, production, acquisition, storage, transportation, shipment or sales of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues).
We will remind, police officers have found out in Kharkiv 60 doses of cocaine and psychotropic substances. The value of the seized drugs on the black market is about 80 thousand hryvnias.
