Iran’s President Hassan Rouhani promised, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky to send to Ukraine in the near future the special representative that officially expressed regret in connection with the crash of Ukrainian passenger plane in Tehran, which was mistakenly shot down by the Iranian military.
