Domestic conflict: in Odessa, the man beat neighbor with a stick, and then attacked with a knife
KIEV. 16 Nov. UNN. In Odessa due to the domestic conflict, the man beat neighbor with a stick, and then attacked with a knife. The victim is in serious condition in the hospital. The actions of the attacker qualify as attempted murder, reports UNN with reference to the state of NP in the Odessa region.
According to law enforcement, the incident took place in the Kiev district of Odessa.
“Between men long Mature conflict over domestic issues. This time another altercation between neighbors ended tragically in a rage the inhabitant of Odessa on the street near the house began to beat his opponent telescopic stick, then with a knife stabbed him multiple wounds. When 38-year-old victim lost consciousness, the attacker left him and fled”, – stated in the message.

Passers-by who discovered the beaten man had called the ambulance and the police. Odessa was hospitalized until his condition doctors estimate as heavy.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 15, part 1 of article 115 (attempt at murder) the Criminal code of Ukraine. The malefactor is detained as article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. For the crime he faces a sentence of deprivation of liberty for a term up to fifteen years.
