The corresponding decision the court took last week. As noted, prosecutors Kotovsky local Prosecutor’s office supported the prosecution in court against a young man suspected of molesting 10-year-old girls (part 2 of article 156 of the Criminal code of Ukraine).
“The verdict of the regional court of the malefactor convicted of corruption of a minor and sentenced to 5 years imprisonment”, – said the press service.

As explained UNIAN, the Prosecutor, the said citizen was on friendly terms with the child’s parents, particularly his father. The girl knew him well, trusted and therefore went into the house of the attacker.
